Pregnancy Massage is a beautiful nurturing treatment where you can rest, relax, rejuvenate and connect with your baby. As your pregnancy journey progresses, your body will continuously change physically, psychologically and emotionally.

Each treatment is tailored to suit your specific needs, with no two massage the same. Pregnancy massage is safe during all 3 trimesters. Where possible, I encourage massage treatments be coordinated with your scheduled prenatal care appointments.

Different healing hands on techniques are used that will help bring one into a deeper, more relaxed healing space. These techniques include soft and deep massage, specific acupressure points and focused breathing. The treatment takes its own flow and rhythm. Intuitive massage sessions assist in reducing stress, releasing tension, shift blocked energy, improving overall wellbeing and experiencing deep relaxation.
